Listeners Wanted
Are you someone who listens more than you talk
has more questions than interruptions
with a memory for detail?
Are your ears open to noise and silence alike,
to the seen and unseen,
to understanding the world through sound?
Can you listen before looking to see who is speaking
or who else is listening, can you listen to everything,
judging nothing?
